Running a Fluxergy PCR test is very similar across assays. Four simple steps provide answers directly from the sample, simplifying the PCR process. This video reviews the four basic steps of running an assay: sample collection, sample preparation, loading the test card, and running the test card on the Fluxergy Analyzer. While our Salmonella assay will require a culturing step between sample preparation and loading the test card, Fluxergy's respiratory assays are able to be added directly to the test card after minimal preparation.
